What you need to know to get ahead. Getting a job by weeks end. Hello all, these are really tough economic times. Many of us who thought our careers and jobs were safe have learned a tragic lesson. Some times to the pain of our families.

Now to the help you need. Due to the Obama Administration "Economic Stimulus" you have many open doors to getting help.

1) Find your local State, County, or local Work Force Office and register for their services. Next, make sure you have an updated resume' to submit and to be reviewed by these good folks. Remember, they are here to help you find a job.

2) Many of these offices are known as "First Hire Centers." Meaning local and Government jobs go through them before they are submitted to the news papers. So when your resume is completed they will submit it to all of the businesses that your resume' speaks to.

3) Next, the subject of "Proposals." See a proposal when it comes to the Work Force Offices allows the Government (On the level of your local municipality with matching funds from the Fed's.) to pay for the needed training to either start a new career or to obtain some sort of certifications in your current career path. Trust me this part is gravy, they already have an established form that they give you to fill out and submit to them. They normally will approve it within seven to ten business days.

4) Last of all "Pray!" Honestly, GOD is always Listening and ready to help. Trust me, he really is.

I am an Systems Engineer with 18+ years of IT industry experience. I have a desire to help folks get a new job or the training needed to switch careers and where to find the funding.
